The COGIC youth Council have played a great part within our church organisation as a whole. We achieved a lot of amazing things that the young people suggested and wanted to see happen, which, in turn, made them feel feel like they were being heard.
The Youth council are a group of young people, who work alongside the national youth department, to ensure the voices of the youth are heard. Whether it be the service content or the next YSSL retreat destination – we feed back your ideas and suggestions over to Pastor Nelson and his team and they try their best to make it happen!
Although the council has not been in action for a while, we are striving to re vamp and change the face of the youth council. Are you eager to implement change In the youth department and be the voice of your peers? Are you willing to commit to your young people and help the youth department develop not only physically, but spiritually? Do you have what it takes to liaise with our national youth leader and help him to come up with innovative ways that we can enhance Gods kingdom in our church organisation?
